These terms govern your use of aiqora.io. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We keep this document plain-English on purpose — no fine print games.

What AIQORA Is

AIQORA is a curated directory of AI tools plus a prompt marketplace. Free browsing forever; optional Pro subscription unlocks the full prompt library and premium editorial content.

Your Account

• You're responsible for your account credentials — keep them secure.
• One account per person; no automated bots or scrapers on Free tier.
• You must be 16 or older (13 in the US with parental consent).

Content & Licensing

• Editorial content — all reviews, blog posts, comparisons, and analysis are copyrighted AIQORA. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution + link back.
• Prompts — free-tier prompts are yours to use commercially. Pro prompts are licensed for your own use only; you can't redistribute or resell them.
• User-generated content — if you submit a tool, review, or public stack, you grant AIQORA a non-exclusive license to display it.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed by Gumroad. See the Refund Policy — 14-day money-back guarantee, cancel anytime, no retention scripts.

Prohibited Use

• No scraping the directory or prompt library beyond fair-use limits.
• No reselling AIQORA content as your own.
• No using the site for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

Reviews reflect our editorial opinion at time of writing. AI tools change fast — verify current pricing/features on the vendor's site before purchasing. We're not liable for third-party tool decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware, USA law; disputes resolved via AAA arbitration in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the homepage 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
