Spline's pricing is one of the more honest ladders in the design tool category. The Basic tier is a real free tier — public files (Figma-style) are the constraint, not a nagging paywall on every core feature. Product configurators. E-commerce brands shipping "customize your sneaker" experiences build them in Spline more than in any other tool. Materials, colors, and options wire cleanly into interactive controls without a heavyweight game-engine dependency.
